Le Petit Palais is built in a "L" shape which give to nearly every room a view to the patio. It has 4 floor and so far 4 bedrooms which are modest bedrooms with a queen size bed and with a individual bathroom with a shower. On the ground flor you have access to the patio and the living room.
On the top flor, the dining room and the terrace where you will be served breakfast.It is quite a continental breakfast, as organic as it is possible. I make my own bred, you will find croissant, homemade yogourts, cereals, homemade jams, fruits, scrambled eggsfresh squeezed orange juice, tea and coffee.
I will be happy to receive you and advice you as much as I can, I speak french, english and spanish. Apart from me there are 3 permanents guests which are 3 friendly cats.
 

Located Near

Le Petit Palais is located in between Palermo and Recoleta, in the Palermo University area. 7 blocks away from the metro of the D line (Alto Palermo shopping center), 7 blocks away from the metro of the B line (Abasto shopping center). It is very well located for the bus with main streets close by (Santa Fe, Cordoba, Corrientes...). You can easily walk to Palermo Soho (10 blocks) as the area is very safe.
