When planning to visit a massive city as Buenos Aires, one of the important items to have in mind is choosing carefully the place you are going to stay at. Our stylyshly newly redesigned house in a quiet barrio called 'Flores', which is located just in the middle of capital federal and the good thing is the fact that we are roughly 15 minutes away from downtown by metro line E (varela station) .

Membrillar Residential House has three private rooms available:
* single room: a comfy single bed
* double room: a big double bed (sommier and mattress) 1,90 x 1,80 wide
* twin room: 2 single beds (sommier and mattress), option to turn into a double bed.

They are all en suite and equipped with air conditioners, heaters, satellite TVs , a cosy terrace with an outdoor shower-bath for summer and a Paraguayan hammock for chilling out.

The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances including a new cooker, new refrigerator and cooking utensils.

The a common area with a 42� TV has free Wi-Fi and a dining room. Guests will enjoy plenty of privacy. Rooms have a key ,safe box and bed linen and towels are provided.

We can change dollars or euros into argentinian currency at the official rate
check in is after 11 am

Located Near

The entrance to varela metro station (line E) is only two hundred meters away from us and it takes you straight into downtown .If you are coming back late at night after 23 hs when the metro closes ,there are 3 buses lines working 24 hs coming here as well . The korean neighbourhood is 5 hundred meters away 'flores shopping centre' is 8 hundred meters away There is a small center 5 hundred meters away which covers four blocks,,with restaurants,,coffe shops ,pizzerias and all kind of varied shops
