The Building has an English Style red brick façade with 22 very spacious apartments, each one decorated in a different way. They combine antique with trendy modern furniture, lush and colorful fabrics together with high quality paintings.
They all have a Bedroom, Living and Dining room, fully equipped open Kitchenette (up to 4 people), with the exception of two 2 bedroom apartments (up to 6 people) and two loft style apartments. Cable TV, WI FI, and Local calls phones are comprised in the price. There is a cozy terrace with solarium, a cascade with refreshing showers, mini gym, tables and chairs to sit and relax all day long and gather with friends and guests. And why not sip a glass of fine Argentine wine!
The Building hosts the chic Bric à Brac Boutique and a Chinese restaurant.
It is strategically located to sight-see Buenos Aires, and within walking distance from Café Tortoni, The Obelisk, Congress, The Government Casa Rosada to mention just a few points of interest.
