It is located in a very quiet neighborhood ideal to rest, ride a bicycle, walk of lay under the sun. It is only 5 kms away from the airport and bus terminal.

The north zone of the city is called La Florida. It is a neighborhood of 1 floor houses with big open green spaces and little traffic. It is a residential zone with no noises. We are located 200 meters from the beach in a high zone, about 30 meters above the river level.
