Located in the centre of Stepanavan town Rozanna's Bed & Breakfast is a family run property with stunning gardens and great friendly hosts. The property itself is a landmark in the town having been around for over 220 years. The house was previously owned by a millionaire and the basement historically housed a spinning mill both of which add to the properties unique charms.
A main attraction to staying here at Rozanna's Bed & Breakfast are the B&B's hospitable owners. Sos enjoys sharing his wonderful knowledge of the area with his guests- while Ruzanna is a wonderful cook who prepares delicious dishes for you to enjoy. Our aim here at the property is to create a home away from home and a personal ambiance for you to relax in- here at the B&B you will have an authentic Armenian experience staying with a genuine Armenian family. Ruzanna's daughters (Taguhi and Sona) have studied tourism and will help you with any queries you have about the local Stepanavan area as well as Armenia in general should you be lucky enough to stay while they are in town. The girls are also happy to suggest a range of tours and activities available in the area.
Here at the B&B we feature one guest bedroom- the room is very cosy and features a balcony over looking the property's garden. The bed room features twin beds and if we offer a discount payable locally for single occupancy.
Facilities available here at the B&B include 24 hour hot & cold water, a television set for you entertainment and a maximum of two guests staying at a time. Breakfast is included in the price with dinner also on offer for an additional fee payable locally. Here at Ruzanna's Bed & Breakfast we speak Russian, English and Armenian.
