Kangaroo Inn

We offer six different room arrangements, suitable for a variety of guest types and their budgets.

We have a six-bed dorm, a four-bed dorm, a two-bed dorm, a family room (sleeps five; one queen and three king-singles), a private single room and a double room with queen-size bed. Due to the massive king single and queen beds taking up space, the room sizes are cosy, not cramped â€" but they’re not the Presidential Suite either.

All rooms are well-appointed, given their price points, and include reverse-cycle air conditioning with in-room controls and ample power points to charge guest devices. Linen and towels are also provided.

Guests share bathroom facilities; there are dedicated men's and ladies’ bathrooms on each floor, fitted out with luxury fixtures from Grohe, Gustavsberg and Mitsubishi.

Kangaroo Inn has multiple common facilities including a massive basement common room, commercial kitchen, outdoor deck, a reading room and lobby/computer areas. Wi-Fi is available throughout the premises.

There are no parking facilities onsite but the City of Perth operates a CPP Multistorey Carpark on the corner of Pier and Murray Streets while Wilson parking operates a Multistorey Carpark on the corner of Pier and Wellington Streets. Short-term paid street parking is also available.

Kangaroo Inn is located in the Heart of Perth's Central Business District, 50 metres away from the Murray Street Mall Shopping Precinct and 250m away from Perth Central Train Stations.

We are located within 5 minutes walking distance to the Northbridge Entertainment precinct but world's apart from the noise. Kings Park is a 15 minute walk away and there are CAT Bus stops metres from the premises
