Our super central Studio and one bedroom apartments range from 28 - 40 sq meter apartments in the city center just 6min walk away from Central Station (3min walk to Museum Station). Fully furnished with foxtel t.v , Unlimited internet , kitchen, bathroom , our apartments have 1 queen size double bed and 1-2 single beds and is perfect for 3-4 people. Free dvd movies , swimming pool , Free coffee and tea, and free washing. ( no extra cleaning costs ) . The actual apartments are in another building 2 min walk away from our central reception which is Bean Temple Cafe.
All towels, Bed Linen , cleaning is included in the price. No extra costs. Free parking available 4 streets away at Albion street, or secure parking for 26 AUD / 24 hrs is available at the house next door.
Our Apartments have a 1 night cancelation policy. In the case of no show Nova apartments will deduct the first night from the guest.

We are only 5-6 min walk away from central train station and 15 min walk away to most tourist destinations ( Opera House, Darling Harbour , Sydney Tower, Monorail, Westfield Shopping center. ) There are lots of Cafes , bars, and trendy restaurants in the area so perfect for exploring the city. The easiest way to find our apartments is from Town Hall Station or Central Station. Just walk towards Goulburn street via George Street.

Things To Note
Our central Office is located downstairs at 194 - 198 Goulburn street where we handle check ins and check outs. Our actual building is only 2 min walk away from our reception. Our office hours are from 9 am - 9 pm and we always have somebody living in the building for later night check ins. Please let us know in advance if you are arriving later at night.
