Directions to Elm Cottage

By Car from Sydney to Tumut: Take the Hume Highway south, through Goulburn, Yass and towards Gundagai. When arriving at Gundagai take the South Gundagai/Tumut exit with the Shell Service Station. Travel time approx 4 1/2 to 5 hours from Sydney, and just 2 hours from Canberra. By car from Melbourne to Tumut: Take the Hume Highway north to Albury approx. 3 1/2 hours. Travel through Albury and continue along the Hume Highway through to Holbrook and Tarcutta, then take the Adelong & Tumut turn off approx 20kms north of Tarcutta. Travel time approx 5-5 1/2 hours.
