Reviews for Canal House B&B

This is a fantastic little B&B, well located near the city centre with a wonderful host family. We stayed for 5 nights and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Our room was at the top of the building and getting up all of the stairs was a little challenging. Getting to the shower was also a little different. It was on a level above the bedroom and required climbing up a ladder. We loved our experience and would recommned the B&B.

Flor and Luke are lovely people that made our stay in Brugge a very nice experience. They were always helpful when we needed some extras (hair dryer, tea bags), the breakfast was great and plenty, and the whole atmosphere was very family like. Many thanks again!

Fluer and Luke were great. they were really friendly and helpful with suggestions and insight to the city and the people. Fuer was really kind and gave a us a larger accommodation due to the length of our stay as she believed it be more "comfortable" which it was. We had room 1, privacy, seclusion (we were at the very front of the house, everyone else was at the back or upstairs.Though, I never venture up there so i can only conjecture.) and for a honeymoon it's perfect. The room was more generous in size. It had its own kitchenette area, sitting room, lots of storage and a very neat bathroom. The bed was comfy and well hidden. The location was really great. make a right out the house and over the bridge, quick left and 5 mins later your in the market square!! but if you go when its really busy like a friday or saturday you aren't bombarded with the hustle and bustle. if you go left and along the main river/canal it takes you to the windmills. Its great how walking just an ickle bit gets you just abut everything you want in bruges.
