We didn't actually get to stay in Casa Frisari as when we arrived they had no record of our booking and had never heard of BedandBreakfastworld.com - even though we had paid a 10% deposit through your website. They had no spare rooms so couldn't accommodate us. However they were very polite and helpful in trying to find us somewhere else to stay. We are thoroughly disappointed with your service. We expect a full refund of the deposit and an apology.
