Miraflores is the biggest neighbourhood in La Paz, in the east part of the city. It is divided in Bajo Miraflores and Alto Miraflores (near Villa Fatima). The house on Avenida Simon Bolivar is actually located in Zona Santa Barbara which is quite a small neighbourhood beside Miraflores. Av. Simon Bolivar is the continuation or extension of Av. Camacho which comes from downtown.

The house is actually at the end of a passage and you should walk quite a lot of stairs to get there. It is not suitable for disabled or elderly.
You won't have any troubles other than that, because the area is quite safe and very close to the centre.
Well, there is a cat in the house also, that, if you are not allergic and like cats, could just stay there and fed by you. Otherwise, I could take him along with me.
