The beach is 3.4 miles (5,6 km) long and is located between the famous Joaquina Beach and the beautiful Morro das Pedras Beach.
In Summertime, there are several places to go and have fun, such as bars and restaurants. Most of them are located at the seaside, no more than 0.6 mile (1.000 m) far from the Pousada, and present shows by local performers.
Campeche Beach is not only beautiful or located on a great place; the ancient fisherman village also provides the visitors with many coffee shops, newsstands, drugstores, outpatient clinics, video rental stores, souvenirs and crafts shops, and restaurants offering the genuine azorean cuisine.
