We have 44 houses and apartments of extra luxury, air-conditioning and all amenities, kitchen, living room with TV, balconies, wonderful resort placed in a lush tropical garden, two large pools with a bar in the water and one with jacuzzi, two BBQ places, services breakfast, laundry facilities, professional massage, fitness/sport, beach/volley, tenis/voley, ping-pong, parking, guided tours.

All suites are extra luxurious with air conditioning, ceiling fans, TV room, kitchen with all equipment, tasteful furniture.

If you have to cancel your booking, you must do it at least 48hrs before arrival.

If you book between December 15th and March 15th you will be charged 50% in advance in order to secure your booking (non refundable), you may be contacted by the property requesting the CVV code of the credit card used for this booking or asked for a deposit.
This also applies if your booking is during a national holiday, New Year's eve or Carnival.

The condominium is located in a stunning location in Taperapuan, the most beautiful tourist area with the best beaches in Porto Seguro with crystal clear water at 25 � C throughout the year, close to Arena Carnaporto and Axe-Moi (which is entertainment and party every day throughout the year); near the market, and all pharmacy services, from the center is 7 km and from the international airport is 8 km.
