There's a good kitchen and cooking/eating facilities: it Is newly renovated, has blinded windows, Portuguese cable TV, WiFi internet, air conditioning, safe, adjustable light and ventilator speed, 4 pits gas stove, microwave, electric shower, big 4 chair table and a little safe.
The apartment has a brand new double bed ( 1,38 x 1,88 ) and a single bed (American standard 0,96 x 2,03).
Both beds have mattresses with springs.
If you have to cancel your booking, you must do it at least 7 days before arrival.

It's situated in a residential building very close to Copacabana Beach (50m) and to Ipanema District (200m) and close to Ipanema Beach (100m). The building has 24-hours cover by door staff.
