The property is on a calm and quiet street and the building is thermo-insulated. Each room has air-conditioning, cable television, separate bathroom and toilet (regular disinfection).
The rooms are clean with new beds and the furnishing is in modern style. We offer rooms with king-size bed, rooms with 2,3 or 4 beds for students, for people on business trips or tourists.
Our guests can feel free. We try to be comfortable and cozy for all people. There are separate rooms, rooms for large companies or family.

The House is situated near the International Plovdiv Fair, town center, old town, kaufland, Hotel Maritca, Hotel Novotel, Hotel Snkt Peterburg. The building is situated on 15 minutes walking distance from the city centre and only 3 minutes on foot to the International Plovdiv Fair.
