The Local consists of a front courtyard, lounge area and thatch bamboo rooftop bar and dining area with a 3/4 slate pool table and sweeping views over Phnom Penh city.
We serve quality Western fare at reasonable prices to suit all budgets & tastes.
The guesthouse rooms are nicely decorated and well appointed. Fast wifi is available throughout the building. All private rooms have cable TV, aircon, fans and hot water showers. The two spacious dorm rooms feature wall fans, lockers and a balcony.

Things To Note
The Local Guesthouse reception is open from 7am until midnight. We do have staff living onsite so any guests wishing to check in/out outside of our opening hours can do so by ringing the doorbell at the front of the building.
We are happy to offer early check in at a minimal fee, however this is entirely dependent upon availability.
For customers arriving before check in, you are welcome to use our public bathroom/shower to freshen up.
Luggage storage is available.
