Relax in our charming 10 guestroom Bed & Breakfast, circa 1906, in the heart of Canada's capital, Ottawa. We offer comfortable, charming, clean and economical accommodations in a superb location close to all downtown Ottawa has to offer. We're situated in the 'Golden Triangle' bounded by trendy Elgin St. and a bend in the Rideau Canal, From our front porch we have a south view onto a pretty, shady St. Lukes park with it's free tennis courts, kids wading pool and playground and basket ball court. Frank St. and the park provide a tranquil retreat yet just a minute walk are the numerous cafes, restaurants, bars, shopping and night-clubs along Elgin St., part of our historic capital city. Within a 20 minute walking radius is Parliament Hill and all the galleries, museums, cultural institutions and art centres that Ottawa is renown for.

Our house was renovated in the 1970's adding all of today's modern amenities while retaining the proportions and grandeur of a century home. Rideau Inn is an intimate hotel, with only 10 provincially themed guestrooms, two with private, en-suite baths, all with TV/VCR. Guests share the large ground floor living room, porch, dining room, kitchen and sunny roof deck. Guests have maximun privacy, as the owner lives off site.

We offer economical rates and discounts for full-time students and YHA members 25 and younger, longer winter stays and seniors over 65.

PLEASE NOTE THAT RATES SHOWN ARE FOR SINGLE OCCUPANCY. JUST ADD $20 FOR EACH ADDITIONAL PERSON IN THE ROOM.
