We start with the basic rate of $62 and add $10 for a private bath and $10 for each additional person. Email us to tell us how many guests you require.

We are a clean, charming and economical guest house located in the heart of the culturally diverse Annex district of downtown Toronto.
Our 120 year old house receives visitors from all over the world. We have 9 graciously appointed rooms with both shared and private bathrooms.
We offer housekeeping service, colour TV, free local telephone calls, free internet wi-fi and complementary tea and coffee. Many of Toronto\'s treasures are within walking distance; Toronto\'s world famous entertainment district,excellent restaurants serving every conceivable fare at many price ranges, Chinatown, Kensington Market, Royal Ontario Museum, Casa Loma, Yorkville, the University of Toronto and Queens Park--the seat of provincial government.

Check in and check out is flexible. We have a person in the office between between 9am and 6pm and also a porter who is on duty in the evenings until 10pm

We have 3 lock boxes each with a keypad on its face, located on our doorposts outside the front door, where we can leave keys for very late (or very early) arriving guests.

If guests inform us that they are coming in quite late (or early) or that they don\'t know yet when they will arrive, we give them the code and instructions to open the lock box which has their keys inside, suitably marked with their name, room number and floor number.

Cancellations must be notified at least 72 hours prior to the DATE of your arrival or you will be charged for the first night of your stay.


Checkout time is 11: A.M. the morning of their departure. Any arrangements for a later checkout or to leave luggage for a later pickup needs to be coordinated with our office.
