The service was great. We were especially grateful when I confused the time of our bus departure, ran late, and the owner kindly called them asked them to wait a few minutes as we frantically hurried over. The shared space is very comfortable and well-kept with a full kitchen available for everyone's use and stocked with tea and coffee. Unfortunately, the rooms are in bad need of repair (excessively cracked walls and paint) and our bed was extremely sunken (we were in the double upstairs with shared bathroom). Worse, the bathroom adjacent to our room was being renovated and the door to our room had been left open so it was full of plaster dust when we arrived, aggravating our allergies. The other rooms on the upper floor seemed to be in a similarly rough condition. My sister stayed in the private double downstairs (the only room available downstairs) and it was in reasonably good condition. I would recommend Yagan house only if you have the opportunity to stay in the private double on the ground floor.
