The bus station is located 5 blocks from the guesthouse. Coming from either the north or south on the main Pan-American Highway through Chile, take the turn-off marked for Puerto Varas as you pass Lago Llanquihue. There are frequent flights from Santiago to El Tepual airport at Puerto Montt, and from there it is only 20 km to Puerto Varas.
