Veronica and Alejandro were wonderful! We arrived a bit early and they were very accommodating and allowed us to check in early. They provided us with city recommendations and made themselves readily available for questions. While the rooms aren't very insulated (a few of us were woken up multiple times in the night by neighbors and barking dogs), we all managed to get a good night sleep. It's a nice, clean place to stay if you ever find yourself in Temuco.
