Each type of the apartments even the studio features private kitchen and western toilet. All the apartments are fully furnished with TV, DVD Player, Washing Machine, Fridge, Cooking Utensils, Water Dispenser and hair dryer. Wifi is working well in every room of the whole property.

Our property is located in the city center on Beijing Road, Carrefour, KFC, Pizza Hut, local flower market, fresh market and lots of restaurants are within 5 minutes\' walking distance. Downstairs of the property are Junfa Center, Gome and Suning Electronic Departments, Powerhouse Gym and Gingko Shopping Center. There are around 20 bus routes at the downstairs bus stop, which can take you to different corners of the city. Green Lake and the universities area are around two kilometers far from the property.

1. What�s the characteristic of your property?
- We are dedicated to provide private serviced apartments to all the guests. If you focus on quietness and privacy, here is a good choice for you.

2. What�s the difference between your property and the traditional hotels?
- We provide more facilities here even though we are not as luxurious as a good hotel. You can cook in your private apartment if you don�t like to go out for eating. The washing machine in the apartment also helps a lot if you just arrive here after a long trip with poor laundry service.

3. Is the internet free? Do you provide public computers?
- Yes, the internet is free. The whole property is covered by wireless internet signal and cable internet is optional in some apartments. We don�t provide free public computers, which will be provided when the common area is ready.

4. Do you provide free pick-up service?
- Yes we provide free airport and train station pick-up service upon your request. Please email us your arriving details when you book. In addition, we don�t promise any pick-up from the bus station at present, which can be arranged for some really special circumstances.

5. Travel information and other booking service;
- We are glad to provide free extra services like travel consulting, accommodation recommending, tickets booking, etc.
