The hotel is very conveniently located, just off the main road for shopping, banks etc, and still pretty quiet. The staff was friendly and travelling alone with my two young children I felt safe and helped by the staff. The restaurant next door (copa de oro or something like that) was nice. Not gourmet but big portions of local food and there also super friendly staff. A waitress offered to walk with me all the way to a shop to get something very specific I needed and had not been able to find.
