Getting to Hotel La Colina By car: The drive to Manuel Antonio is now an easy 2.5-to 3 hour drive thanks to the newly paved highway. Public transportation: There are five direct public buses that leave the 'Coca Cola' bus station, in down town San Jose at 6AM, 9 AM, 12 Noon, 2:30 PM and 7:30PM. The ones at 6am, 12noon and 7:30 pm operate every day. The ones at 2:30 pm and 7:30 pm operate only from Monday thru Saturday. Flights: If you prefer to fly there are two companies that fly into Manuel Antonio from San Jose: Sansa, and Nature Air. Hotel La Colina is located on the main road to Manuel Antonio, kilometer 3, right side of the road.
