Cavtat is just 14 km from Dubrovnik, in a beautiful sea front location.
The air-conditioned apartment has a kitchen with dining-room, living room with divan for 2 persons, separate sleeping rooms with one double bed, SAT-TV, shower/WC, and a balcony and terrace with outside chairs and table. It is located on the first floor.
The distance to a very beautiful beach which is ideal for children is 500 meteres.
The apartment has its own private entrance and there is also a house-owned parking place in front of the house which provides of parking spaces for cars .
Starting point to the Ronlad Brown pathehway is near of a apartment.
Around, and in direct proximity of the holiday house are several restaurants, purchase shops, Cafe bars and Discos, Fitness center, several Swimming pools for children and adult, mini golf, tennis places, a center for various kinds of water sports.
The distance of the house from the center of Cavtat amounts to 1200 m.
We are also just 5 minutes from the airport by car.
If you decide to come by car you will have the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful Croatian scenery along the way. To enter and drive in Croatia you require a green insurance card and a valid national or international driving licence. Traffic is heavier during the summer months and parking could be a problem. We offer private parking to our guests! From Dubrovnik: Apartments Tomic are located about 14 km south of Dubrovnik (about 20 minutesÂ’ drive) on the scenic coast road leading to the airport. After passing the sign Obod you need to turn left after 40 meters. You will see the street on your left side. On the bottom of that street is a telephone booth. When you arrive on the top of the street turn right and you will came in front of the Apartments Tomic. From Dubrovnik Airport: Apartments Tomic are about 4 km from the airport. When leaving the airport turn right on to the main road from the airport toward Dubrovnik. After 5 minutes driving you will cross the small bridge, then 50 meters more you need to turn right. You will see the street in front of you, on your right side you will see a telephone booth. You need to drive to the top of the street, than turn right and you will come in front of the Apartments Tomic.
