Charming Apartment Nina consists of 2 comfortable and fully furnished apartments located in the Old Medieval town of Dubrovnik, a well-preserved walled city and a UNESCO world heritage site.
Charming Apartment Nina can accommodate 2-4 people in the studio apartment and 4-6 people in the larger apartment.
The Studio - 40 sq m (for 2-4 persons) is situated on the third floor. Consisting of a living area with kitchen/ dining and living room with a double sofa bed, a bedroom furnished with a king size bed and bathroom. Its many windows enjoy views of the pedestrian streets and rooftops of the Old Town.
The Apartment -60 sq m (for 4-6 persons) is on the second floor. Consisting of an open plan kitchen, dining area and living room with pull out sofa bed, two bedrooms furnished with king size beds in each, bathroom and little balcony with the view of the streets of the Old Town. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, filter-coffee machine, toaster plus washing machine, iron and hair-dryer.

Inside the city walls the traffic is forbidden so there isn't any possibilities to come to the apartment by the car.
There is an age/disable restriction because of the second and third floor without elevator.
There isn't any problem with late arrival but checking out would be appreciate before 11 am.
