Our guesthouse is open the whole year round. It was opened 30 years ago, and during this time we try to ensure that our guests feel comfortable and at home with our accommodation and hospitality.

Villa Ivan is located in a peaceful location with beautiful views to the sea, islands and the port. The port is just a 10-15 min walk from the house, as is the bus terminals. The Old City is about a 20 min walk or 5 minutes by bus. There is transport networks, stores and a pizzeria nearby.

We offer 3 high quality rooms, and every room has a private bathroom inside, air conditioning, TV, automatic hair and hand drier. We also offer a fully equipped kitchen and big terrace with amazing views, and balconies.
