In the neighbourhood there are a few beaches nearby. One of them is sandy (10 minutes walk) and there are several rocky ones on the stretch from 'Gorica' to 'Boninovo' (15 minutes walk).
Smaller, more private sea accesses are on the entire seaside of 'Gorica' (10 minutes walk). Big sandy beach is located in 'Uvala Lapad' (15 minutes walk).
5 minutes away is the Sports center and there you can find tennis grounds, football grounds, table tennis, etc.
The old city is 20 minutes away. To climb to the 'Srd' hill it will take about an hour of an easy walk over the serpentines. Do see old and undisturbed forts.
