If there is not direct flight from your destination, then you can fly via Zagreb Airport which well connected with Split. BY CAR: There are two ferry ports on the island of Hvar; Stari Grad and Sućuraj. Stari Grad port is connected to Split and it is closer to Hvar (20 km) and drive to Hvar lasts about 10 minutes. The port in Sućuraj is connected to Drvenik on the mainland and it is further from Hvar as it is on the other side of the island, although this connection saves time to tourists coming from Dubrovnik, Mostar, Sarajevo, etc. Town parking lot is situated by the bus station.
