Our house is in the second row of houses from the road that is behind our house and that is a great location because of the calmness and clean air. The view is also beautiful because of the higher position on a slope, but that includes a lot of stairs whether you are getting to our house from the Waterfront or from the road behind. That does not suite some people with health problems.
The house is south east of the historical nucleus of the city. The last historical house is 50m from ours. It is easiest accessed on foot from the Waterfront, at which the catamarans tie up, that is just 100 metres from the house, and by car from the road that is located 20m behind the house.
We are in an extremely calm environment of family houses and also close to a numerous restaurants, caffes and cocktail bars, as well as the Veneranda nightclub and famous Carpe Diem night bar .
