We're here to make your vacation the best, in every way we can. We want you to feel that Istra is a land of good people and good wine!
All of our apartments have Internet, satellite TV, DVDs and air-conditioning, only 15 minutes on foot from city centre.
We have three apartments available.
Apartment Grey is 35m², and sleeps up to three adults. It has one bedroom, one living room and a kitchen.
Apartment Viktor is 45m² and sleeps up to four adults. This extremely comfortable apartment has one bedroom with three beds, a living room, dining room, bathroom and kitchen.
Apartment Jacques is 55m² and can comfortably suit up to five adults. It has two bedrooms, each with two beds, plus a living room, dining room, bathroom and kitchen.
I can do any transfer with new Toyota Hiace vehicle (7 passengers plus the driver), and I also rent this vehicle especially for my guests.
We're 25 minutes' walk from the coliseum. The nearest beach is only 3.5km from here, but we recommend heading 15km over to the beautiful beaches of Kamenjak.

Just 15 min by foot from center area, and 5 min from nearest bus station near big shopping mall BILLA. We are situated in very calm part of the city Pula. You can take local bus from Billa to the center or to directly to the beach resort and camp Stoja, In other way we suggested bus from Billa to center ( 5 min ) and from Center take a bus 2a or 3a to the Verudela Resort beaches.
