Apartment Noem is situated on the ground floor of a residential building. The apartment features a bedroom with double bed, bathroom, and living room with kitchen. Living room has a sofa bed for two person. The apartment is equipped with wireless Internet, cable TV, mini stereo, air conditioning, refrigerator, microwave, complete set of dishes, a hair dryer. We also offer bed linen and towels. It was completely renovated in 2012.
The apartment is small, but has an inviting atmosphere, and all our guests are very welcome!

The apartment is located near the entrance to the park forest Marjan. Marjan is peninsula wonderful for swimming, walking, recreation and romantic evenings.
Famous Split beaches Zvončac, Jezinac, Kastelet, Kasuni and Bene are in a few minutes bus drive from the apartment. Stadium Poljud, Spaladium arena, swimming pools are located just ten minutes walk from the apartment.
