We are situated in the heart of town in three locations:
Flat no 1: only 10 minutes from the port, bus and train station, and 15 minutes from our blue flag city beach. There are 4 rooms, 3 triple bedrooms and 1 double bedroom and 2 bathrooms. All rooms have air conditioning, cable TV and one room has a balcony.

Flat no.2: is a 3 minutes walk from flat no.1 and there are 3 rooms, 2 twin bedrooms and one double bed room. All rooms have air conditioning and the double room has its own bathroom. Two other rooms share a bathroom.

Flat no.3: is next door house to flat no.1. There are 4 twin bed rooms and a double suite with kitchen, bathroom, TV and air conditioning.

Our property can offer you simple meals, but must be requested in advance. There is internet if you have own laptop or you can use our laptop. Maximum 20min daily per room, price 1 euro.

Split is a city of sport and its climate offers the possibility of outdoor recreation throughout the year. You can play tennis, volleyball, climb the rocks of Marjan Forest and so much more.

Last summer we had over 1000 visitors pass through our doors and we ensure a very comfortable stay at a very reasonable price.
