Guesthouse Tomic has rooms and apartment situated in a large stone house, built in typical Dalmatian, Mediterranean style. House is located in the heart of Split historic center, less than a 5 minute walk from the Diocletian\'s Palace.
There are two double bed or twin rooms (2 persons each) with private bathrooms and one new apartment, beautifully decorated with separate entrance (2+2).
The house is located at the foot of Marjan hill, 10-15 minutes walking distance from Split's beaches, 10 minutes to the Split's ACY marina, and 5-10 minutes to the ferry, bus and railway terminals.
*Our double rooms can be used as twin and vice verso. Please note that payment in cash needs to be paid on arrival.
The house Tomic is situated 10 minute walk to the Split ferry harbor, Split bus station, Split railway station and plane terminal in the center of city Split . In 10 minutes you can reach the pools of hotel "JADRAN" and number of the Split beaches: ZvonÄac,Kastelet , Kasuni .. In about 15 minutes you will come to famous sand beaches called "Bacvice". 10 minutes to Split ACY marina. Restaurants Konoba Varos , Fife and super- market, grocery store, bakery, laundry mat, Internet station, and juice bar are only a 2 to 5-minute walk distance.
