In the near ( 300 m ) of Villa is Hotel Falkensteiner.There is wellness center ,tennis and swiming pool open and close . There is bus station In front of Villa ( 20 m) ( BUS LINE number 8 ) . It takes you in 10 minutes to the center of town . There are a lot of restaurants and bar around . On the left side( 20 meters) of the Villa there is Supermarket ,Caffe shop and ATM machine (cash machine ) .
