Blue Sky is a new luxury apartment in the Mythical Sands Resort in Kapparis, accommodating up to 6 guests.
Our comfortable apartment features an open plan lounge, fully equipped kitchen and diner and 2 bedrooms with full length fitted wardrobes, and a bathroom with bathtub and shower all with independently controlled air conditioning/ central heating and a spacious balcony with furniture for alfresco dining. The sleeping accommodation consists of one double bedroom, one with twin beds and 1 sofa bed sleeping 2 in the lounge.

-DVD player, satellite TV, Video player & CD player,
-Kettle, Toaster, Iron, Clothes dryer, Dishwasher, Cooker with hob, grill and oven, -Microwave, Fridge/ Freezer, and Washing machine.
-Plenty of games, CDs, DVDs and books for entertainment.
-Highchair, toys and safety plugs have been provided to keep toddlers safe, comfortable and happy.
-All linen and towels, including beach towels provided.
-Wheelchair access, Parking space.
While staying at Blue Sky you can enjoy the use of the complexes family friendly pool with a shallow end suitable for children and is just a 30 sec walk. It has toilets/changing.

Kapparis is open all year. Restaurants and even pubs offer amazing local and international cuisine. The supermarket, fruit shop, bakery and other shops are at 100m. Relax at nearby Fireman's beach (Blue flag) and catch a glimpse of Varosha, the 'ghost town' uninhabited since the 1974 Turkish military invasion. You can enjoy many watersports at Kapparis bay including parasailing, jet skiing, water skiing and wakeboarding, and hire a speed boat/kayak/pedalo or even charter your own yatch!

Things To Note
Available for short term lets throughout the year and for long term lets in winter. Prices start at €50 per night, minimum stay of 3 nights during quiet periods and 1 week during peak periods. Deposit of 25% of total rent required to book apartment at time of booking. Rest of amount due 8 weeks before arrival along with breakages deposit of €250 which will be refunded within 2 weeks of departure subject to satisfactory inspection
