Atlantis 3 - Nice Apartment close to Wenceslas Sq.

This nice, one-room apartment was completely renovated and refurnished in 2008. It is located on 1st floor of a house with an elevator, situated on a busy street. The windows of the room and kitchen overlook the courtyard, so the apartment is quiet and you cannot hear any noise from the street. The total area of the apartment is 50 m2.

There is one room with two single beds, a convertible sofa, that can be folded out to make another double bed, a satellite TV (1000 channels), Internet connection - ADSL, a separate fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a bathtub and a separate toilet.

There is a small balcony by the kitchen. All rooms ( room, kitchen, bathroom and a toilet) have separate doors from the entrance hall. There is also a hair dryer and iron available in the apartment.
The apartment has wireless Internet connection - WiFi.

The building where the apartment is located, has a covered, non-stop guarded garage. There is possible to park for 400 CZK (18 EUR) per 1 day (24 hours). If you wish to reserve a parking spot in this garage during your stay, we will be glad to arrange it.

Please note:

Cancellation Policy: 3 days before the arrival.
Minimum stay: 3 nights.

Standard Check In: 2.00 - 8.00 pm.
(Special Check In: 24 hours daily - please inform the apartment owner about your arrival time.).

Check Out: 12.00 noon.
Office Hours: 10.00 am - 8.00 pm (in case of early arrival or later departure customers can store their luggage in the office of the apartment owner).

Method of Payment upon the arrival: Cash, Debit Cards, Credit Cards (there is a surcharge of 2.5% if you pay by Card).

Located Near

The apartment is located in the city centre, 200 m away from a beautiful, large public park Riegrovy sady (offering a wonderful view over the Old Town - the tourist centre of Prague) and about 400 metres away from Wenceslas Square, the main Prague square. As the apartment is located in the immediate vicinity of the Prague tourist centre, there is no need to use public transport. Many sights are in walking distance.
