Extra guests can be accommodated on air-beds (US$10 per night per additional guest). All rooms have Wi-Fi internet.

Many restaurants and shopping and tourist sites are in walking distance.
Major national bus stations Caribe Tours and Metro are nearby,
where you can find transport to other Dominican cities
(and we can provide a reliable Guide with automobile for excursions).
The STI airport is 20 minutes away by taxi.
Also walk to the 5-star Hodelpa Gran Almirante & Casino;
and there is easy access to the beautiful campus of PUCMM University;
the panoramic view from El Monumento; and the Historic Central District.

There are plenty of good restaurants nearby, and some USA-fast-food franchises; but if you wish to sample our own french-creole-style meals, we will plan for your preferences when you arrive.

We can advise you on good day-trip excursions, and refer you to our reliable guide (who has his own automobile).

Santiago-de-los-Caballeros, Dominican Republic; Reparto La Esmeralda: Our neighborhood is modern and central, with good access to all amenities. Our residence is in a secure park-like, elevated area with great views. From our rooftop patio northward you can view the Coastal Mountains, beyond which are seaside resort towns of Puerto Plata, Sosua, and Cabarete (1 hour by car; 2 by bus). Southward 2 hours away is the forested Central Highlands, Jarabacoa, and Pico Duarte National Park.
