In addition to having comfortable rooms, kitchens, and after paying for three nights you receive free laundry service. For every 5 nights you stay, you receive the 6th night for free.

Drawing upon the evacuation of October 1999, the population of Baños, saw the need to develop a plan for the safe coexistence of people and tourists with the Tungurahua volcano, so we designed a \'early warning system.\'

We offer discounted rates for bikes, Jeep hire, Motorcycles and horse riding.

CharVic Property is open 24 hours a day, the minimum stay is one night and the output time is the following day at 12 noon, payment can be cash or credit card, discounts for groups is 20%

We are located just one block from the bus station and a block away from Central Park, the major sites, markets, banks, ATMs, cafes, restaurants, shops, bars and clubs are very close to the Hostel.
