Directions to Laguna Verde Guest House

Take bus 249 at either Sonsonate ($0.85) or Ahuachapan terminal to Apaneca. Get off at the dirt road to Laguna Verde. Follow the road up (3km, 45 minute hike. Pack light!!!) or ask any passing pick-up truck to give you a lift. When you get to a tiny village and pass a blue and white painted school on your right, you should see the hostel´s dirt road just a few metres further on your left. Walk 50 metres until you find the hostel´s wooden fence on your right. On Saturday and Sunday bus services will take you there for $0.60.
