Situated opposite the Vinery Road Park and in a very quiet position away from the main road. The owners pride themselves in offering great value for money services which includes full dining facilities choice of English or Continental breakfast which really is a challenge to the heartiest of diners and guests.

All rooms are en-suite with TV and tea making facilities and free off road parking. During peak periods when demand is high throughout the City, which really is an increasing phenomenon, booking is highly recommended. Check out time is 10:00am

If you would like breakfast it is served between 7.30am-9am. There is no curfew as we give you a ket to the front door so you can come in and out as you like. At the moment we only accept cash or cheque but after 7th July 2011 we will be accepting debit and credit cards. Credit card is charged at 3% surcharge.
