We are very central to Eastbourne on the seafront, about 5 mins walk to pier and 10 mins to the town . Although we are situated on the sea front, the hotel is set behind a small flower garden . The main bus station is less than 10 minutes walk , and the buses from Brighton and Hastings less than 5 minutes. The railway station is 15 minutes walk .
