We accept payment by cash, cards.Please note our reception is not open 24 hours and so we kindly ask you to inform us of your expected arrival time; we can then ensure that a member of staff is here to greet you and give you your room key. Then you may come and go as you please-there is no curfew.
CANCELLATION: We will charge your card for the first night's stay if you fail to cancel your booking, directly with the hotel, 2 days before your expected arrival time.

We are located only 6 minutes by train from the city centre where you can find such attractions as the Albert Dock featuring Beatles Story, Tate, Maritime Museum & Slavery Museum plus shops, restaurants and bars. The Albert Dock is also the starting point for 2 excellent tours-the Magical Mystery Tour ( a two hour trip calling at the Beatles houses & schools) & the Yellow Duckmarine The football grounds of Liverpool FC, Anfield Stadium, and Everton FC, Goodison Park, are about 20 minutes walk
