A well-equipped kitchen with dining seating for six , dishwasher, fridge, freezer, gas hob and electric oven. The bathroom has a mixer shower in the bath. This property is on the 3rd floor and has no lift. There is free designated parking at the rear of the property.


Note: Access to flat is via 3 flights of stairs with no lift.

The accommodation provider will charge your credit card with 50% of the total amount after booking Online. Cancellations are free of charge 72 hours prior arrival-late cancellations and no shows will be charged for the first night stay. Cancellations before 72 hours will be refunded the 50% downpayment.


1. Cancellations made 14 days or more before the arrival date: 50% of the agreed rental price will be refunded

2. Cancellations made 7 days before the arrival date: No refund will be made

3. No Show on the designated arrival date and time specified will result in automatic cancellation of the booking. No refund will be made

4. An administration charge of 10% of the final agreed rental price will be deducted from any refunds made

5. The Owner and Owners representatives reserve the right to enforce said cancellation policy in its strictest terms. It is therefore highly recommended that an adequate holiday insurance policy is taken out by the guest in the event of any cancellations / arising.

6.Refunds will be conducted within 14 working days.

South Norwood is an urban town with the benefit of leafy, quiet surroundings in parts and a huge Country Park. It has easy access from Gatwick (30 minutes on the tarin) ( M23) or Heathrow (M25). It is a suburban development only 15 minutes train ride from Charing Cross, and great regular links into London Bridge. - 11 minutes which makes it a great base to explore all there is to do in London.
