Friendship was built in 2003 and has won many awards for its design.
Southbank University is opposite, with many other universities nearby.
The House is attractively designed with two lounges and a TV room overlooking a water feature, a garden room and a quiet room. Self catered kitchens are provided for groups of ten residents who provide their own food and cooking utensils. There are two lifts, a laundry and vending machines.
As well as mini fridges, mini freezers and flat screen 19 inch TVs are now available in the premium single rooms.
There is free internet provided to all rooms via Cable only and there is no wifi access. Please note that the internet connection is free but it is the cable that costs �3 for those who do not have a cable.
