This hotel has a 72 hour cancellation policy so if you fail to show up or to cancel your booking at least 72 hours in advance you will be charged a one night fee.

If cancelled up to 3 days before the date of arrival, 100% of the first night will be charged. If cancelled later or in the case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

CVC code is required inorder for the booking to be confirmed. If this information is not provided at the time of booking, the reseravtion may be cancelled. The cardholder must be present at the time of check in.
Additional Security Requirements
If the cardholder is not the guest checking in (or is not present at the time of check-in), additional security requirements will be required.
A signed fax or e-fax from the cardholder giving authorisation for Tudor Court Hotel to charge (for the total amount of the reservation) on their card.
A photocopy/scan of the credit card will be required (both the front and rear card, showing clearly all details).
Refunds due to cardholder not being present
If in the case of the cardholder not being present and the total amount charged to the cardholder is to be refunded, Tudor Court Hotel has the right to charge the cardholder 1% credit card fee for refunds on their card.
