The guest house is located centrally close to all the action of Newquay- with a choice of 11 great beaches and a range of shops, bars and restaurants all located nearby.
Located just 5 minutes walk from the Kirribilli Guest House is the Towan beach- while the world famous Fistral beach is only 15 minutes away. A range of surf shops and cafes as well as the trendy cafes on the seafront are all located on our doorstep for you to enjoy.
Here at the Kirribilli Guest House we offer a range of room types to suit your needs- ranging from larger rooms suitable for up to four guests to twin and double rooms complete with in room shower and wash hand basin. Please note our room suitable for four guests features 1 double bed and 1 bunk beds and the room suitable for three guests features a single bed and a bunk bed.
Breakfast offered is a buffet style and features a range of French coffees & teas, fresh juices and cereals as well as breads complete with preserves and spreads. Please note between October and the End of March breakfast is not provided and bookings are on a room only basis. During this time we can recommend a range of places close by where you can enjoy you breakfast.
Here at Kirribilli Guest House we are open throughout the year. We welcome couples, singles, families and sensible groups!

We are a no- smoking property.
Check in time is 2pm- however should you arrive early- please feel free to leave your bags until check in time.
Check our time is 10am
All reservations are payable in full upon arrival.
Cancellations for any reason are liable for the first night stay.
Lost Keys & Damages:
A charge of £10 is charged per set of keys lost.
Any room damages found must be paid for and will be charge to the card used when booking is found after check out.
