Located in the Bishopthorpe Road area of York we enjoy an area which is a quiet and safe base with good local amenities for your visit to our beautiful city. We provide free, safe on-street permit parking directly outside Holmlea.

Here at Holmlea Guesthouse we can accommodate up to 16 guests in our range of rooms. We feature double/twin rooms, four poster rooms, family rooms and triple rooms- all of which are equipped with en-suite or private non-shared bathrooms. We also have ground floor rooms with easy access suitable for the partially disabled. We pride ourselves on offering an inexpensive, high quality accommodation choice from only £18-£30 per person, with room and front door keys for 24-hour access.
