Elevated Leisure Backpackers Chalet

This quaint alpine town is the adventurer's choice! Nestled at the foot of the mighty Grand Montets and it's equally impressive glacier, Argentiere puts you immediately in the thick of the valley's mountaineering, climbing and biking gems. This is a true mountain-lovers ideal base.

We have 5 Twin and Double rooms in total, two bathrooms and a sauna. There is lots of space to relax, including a DVD room with book library, a BBQ equipped balcony and a fully equipped kitchen for those wishing to prepare their own meals. The town's bars and restaurants are less than a minute walk away, as is the train stop for the Mt.Blanc scenic railway.
We offer free parking and complimentary tea and coffee is available all day.

- Breakfast is not included.
- The manager will contact you when the booking is made to arrange an arrival time.

Located Near

We are located at the end of a little cul-de-sac just off the main street in Argentiere. It is less than a 1 mins walk to the centre of town, tourist info, bike hire, train station, restaurants, bars, bakeries, super-market etc. The Grand Montets lift is only a 5mins walk away - this takes you up to 3,300m for spectacular views and access onto the glaciers. Chamonix is only a 10-15mins by car, train or bus (all train and bus transport is FREE in the valley with the guest card we shall give you).
