You obviously ignore your emails. We had to cancel our trip. We contacted you in January to tell you we had to cancel our trip. We contacted you to ask if there was any chance of a refund on the deposits we had paid for four seperate nights at two different places. You didn't even have the courtesy to reply, even to say no, we couldn't have a refund. We had to contact the owners directly, where we received a much friendlier reception. Given the reason we had to cancel, your sending this request to rate our stay is extremely insensitive. Suffice to say, we will never use you web site again and will recommend all our friends and family steer well clear of your site.
